Iysha Nobes is a compassionate, adventurous yoga instructor and world traveller who thrives upon connecting with herself and others through breath, love and life force energy. Raised in Canada, she has been practicing yoga since the age of 12, and started teaching yoga at the early age of 15.
Since then, she has been teaching workshops, retreats and programs in notable places including Nicaragua, Ecuador, Bali, San Francisco, Washington DC, Boulder, Asheville, Vancouver, Toronto and Calgary.
After receiving her 200 hour certification at an Ashram in Bali, she went on to obtain her 500 hour certification as an “Advanced Teacher of Therapeutic Yoga” with Kripalu School of Yoga in Western Massachusetts. She has completed trainings with Kripalu School of Yoga, Integrative Yoga Therapy, Trauma Informed Yoga Therapy and Yandara Yoga Institute. Iysha now has over 600 hours of accredited yoga training and uses her knowledge and skills to help improve the health & well-being of people worldwide.
